Not a good idea for indoor play in the case of a German Shorthair Pointer, because she gets full tilt activated by this ball…. But out on the patio/yard, it’s the best ball we’ve found so far.

This coupler was exactly what I was looking for. It handles the weight of my dog and puppy now at 94 & 51 pounds and will when he’s full grown ( estimated at 80+ pounds). I love that the stretch of the coupler takes the hit when they pull or spring forward instead of my shoulder or elbow. I bought 2 of these of so I’d have one at home and in my car. Great product!!

We’ve gone through several balls since Kiva’s other game is dropping her ball down an armadillo hole. She won’t leave the hole until I dig it out. That’s how much her ball means to her. My Fox Red Lab puppy loves this ball so much she fell asleep after playing with it and took it with her to take a nap! As soon as she woke up we went right back to playing with it! It is great! They both love these balls. They are solid, textured and can bounce erratically due to the texture, but that keeps my dogs engaged.

My German Shepherd LOVES her ball! She runs and runs and runs when we throw it for her. My husband could throw it much farther than I can. Our Shepherd will look and sniff and continue until she finds it. There have been a few that she has found that were lost in a field or in the woods and she has found them years later. So I washed and sanitized them and she stills plays with them. We’ve probably had 8-10 during the years. I just purchased 2 for my son’s puppy.
