Great machine and affordable. The foot plate starts to bend a lil bit once you start getting past about 3 plates per side. And the range of motion can be tricky for taller people or longer armed people. Thankfully I have no issues but I had to put a plate down on the foot plate to increase distance for my longer arm friend to get full range of motion without bottoming out the machine. Although I rated the item high the only problems that I noticed is the assembly instruction could be a little more clear especially with the placement of some of the different washing. I was able to work through it several times. Also, on the chrome sleeves only the weight clips with the product actually fit. This is a great rack/cable system - so glad we chose it over a more traditional functional trainer. Solid construction and smooth pully system. The system comes in multiple, very heavy boxes. Assembly is definitely a 2 person job and fairly straightforward - just wait till you have all the main parts of the frame together before you tighten all the bolts ;-) The shipper split up our packages and lost one (no fault of Mikologym). The Falcon Functional Trainer is well designed and well made. A key feature is its 1:1 ratio pulley system which allows for far more options than the typical 2:1 ratio. Overall this product is exceptional value for the price. Everything works well after assembly. a few comments: 1. it is extremely difficult to try and assemble this alone. The rack arrived in three boxes, each with their own tracking number. Great rack, good quality parts, and the instructions were pretty good. It took about 3 hours to assemble everything alone from start to finish. Took me and a buddy about four hours to put it all together but even though it took a while, everything went together perfectly! I’ve never put anything together with that many parts that lined up exactly like it should. The quality is second to none and operates super smoothly. The bench is like a transformer and very sturdy.
