I thought because we live in the southern part of Florida that they would be too thick and hot but they are NOT. It’s really surprising because when I opened the package and felt the socks they seemed thick. I thought that perhaps too much for my shoes but honestly just the opposite, very cool, my shoes felt perfect with the socks on so I am more than satisfied. These socks deserve a 5 star rating!

I'm 72 and skeptical of claims of less-tired legs for compression socks. I'm happy to have been proven wrong. I've worn these after my longish runs (7-10 miles) and for long walks (10-12 miles). For the long walks, I find that my legs are fresher at the end of the walks then they have been in the past without these socks. The top band is wide enough not to dig into my leg. so many many so many other brands that he have a 1/4-in elastic in the top and it's the killer. It's like a tourniquet. Only had them for a few weeks but they seem to perform very well they are a bit more comfortable than my other socks. easier to put on and a bit easier to take off. Considerably more expensive however I think they will prove to be worth the difference. Customer Service ranks at the top, my rep;, Shannon was outstanding answered my emails immediately and took care of the problem (and NOT one AI Rep was involved!!) If you need them I would suggest you give them a try.

Compression socks are always a bit difficult to get on and off ! These are also not as tough as nhs ones or flight socks, but for daily wear they are warm and comfy and the feet are plenty big enough. L = uk 8 or 9 easily. Such a treat.
