I have used the JOVS mask 4 times & already feel a positive difference in my face. Looking forward to continuing through the first 4 weeks to achieve a noticeable improvement. I’m really excited about this mask because I’ve heard so many people with rave reviews. I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks and I haven’t seen anything significant yet but I’m sure like anything else. It will take a little while to see long lasting results. Have used my mask for only one week. Still trying to build it into my routine. So far it’s comfortable to wear but the settings and timing getting started are all guesswork. I wish the company had better support for the “getting started” process. The most I’ve gotten is an AI chat bot on their website. There’s nothing specific about it. Perhaps a human interaction?

Can’t seem to find any instructions on how to use the hydration device (gift). It was not included with the box, could not find on YouTube nor online.

I wear reading glasses and my warm breath fog them up when I wear the mask. A slight change in design to prevent that from happening would be a plus.

The face mask worsened my hyperpigmentation and dried out my skin!!! I would love to return it, but they won’t make it easy. The neck and chest mask works well and I was noticing an improvement in the hyperpigmentation on my chest. It’s different technology.
