It is very potent. Have only used 1 bottle from the 3 so far but my hairline came back and is growing after id lost so much faith.
Side note :
I started out with the foam 2% minoxidil and finished all three bottle without much difference. When i started this though, I notice my hair was shedding so much and my scalp got slightly flaky, so i just reduced the 1ml to half of that pipette and man, less is more. less shedding when incorporated with my hair oils and the hairline is back baby!!!
