I need to know what are the benefits of sea moss? I have hip and back pain, need to lose weight and gain energy. I’m anemic as well. I love my gummies, because since I can't get the actual seamoss and trust it's still good even arriving warm, I can trust that the gummies are good arriving warm. Even though I would prefer the gel, the gummies are a comfort to know I am getting the nutrients I need.

Our family has started taking the Sea Moss every morning and have noticed a huge difference in our health. Overall more energy and skin health. Taste isn’t the best but tolerable.

I eat two tbsp every morning before breakfast. It is gentle on my stomach. It has a very mild fresh/clean taste, not overly sweet. The sweetness is just right. I finished the Golden Gel. I will be starting the Elderberry and Soursop once it thaws out. A very good product. I will be ordering more.

I really enjoyed the wellness duo which consists of the elderberry and soursop seamoss gel accompanied with the mushroom gummies the seamoss gave me a re-energized feeling while the mushroom gummies gave a calm and focused. I thoroughly enjoyed both products and will definitely order again.

I received my package in a timely fashion. All three jars were intact. They were still frozen and cold. The packaging was very good and the jars were very protected throughout the travel.
