I should have taken a picture when I first made it , I was so excited to start using it I forgot. I purchased the bundle of three sea moss, I used one bag by soaking it for five hours in bottled water and lemon juice after washing well then rinsed then put in blender with water enough to cover moss then I added fresh pineapple I didn't use enough pineapple but it is still delicious , just have to be careful not to over take very addicting. This is my 2nd time making a batch with sea moss. The first time, I has a little too much water, but it was still delicious. The 2nd time around, it's a little thicker closer to apple sauce, and it's still tasty. Personal improvements are just having a healthy digestive tract. Sometimes I will have bladderwrack tea in the evening just to prepare my body for the following day. I have this morning routine and its easy to include the sea moss!

In addition to the Burdock root and Bladderwrack, this time I also added Soursop leaves, Morena and Matcha and a few drops Italian Volcano Lemon Juice...can't nobody tell nothing! Lol! I notice that qhen I take this I have more energy. I test myself with anything I consume to see how my body reacts. I must say by me having an 11 month old whose exclusively breastfeeding and a 3 yr old I need as much energy as possible. I find seamoss to be disgusting however you all have found a way to get rid of that taste. I’m not sure if this is supposed to relieve joint pain but the pain in my knees have decreased tremendously.
