First time user, but definitely boy the last time! I am a beginner to the prospecting world of gold panning, I just had been injured and have been unable to get around which spoiled my ability to get out to the wilderness and go search for my finds and discovereries so I thought I would try some of this paydirt I saw online. I was pleased to find but learned alot from giving it a go at it and will more than likely get more. It was alot of fun! Can't wait to do it again...

I ordered 3 of the goldn paydirt 2# jackpot bags, and being doubled received 12 # of goldn paydirt. My usual help, the grandchildren, started school. So I panned these bags out. The substrate is mostly white quartz, crushed which also has gold in some of the chips. I will need a morter and pestle to extract it. Sounds like a good winter activity. The photos are of the best bag out of six. As always it is a very valuable training aid to try different types of goldn paydirt as they vary in type...

I'm a glass blowers and future prospector. I use the gold for fuming onto glass for beautiful colors. It was exciting to do the panning with my pops n even more exciting to see the gold. The fuming is a perc also! Thanks for the good times!

This take was over 6 bags (4 museum specimen chase and two Flawless Premium) came out to .19g. Separated into +/- kitchen strainer sizes and actually had a couple pieces that were in the + batches. Each bag yielded definitive pieces that were easily identifiable and a fun surprise when washing back the fines in the pan. As you can see I put the nuggets under the microscope and thought you might like to see what I found, one specimen was clearly load gold as you can tell by the rough jagged appearance as well as the pieces of quartz still imbedded in specimen, and the other is interesting because of how different it is compared with the other, it is the largest single piece at .309grms. Great product, only there was 1 out of 9 bags of flawless that did not contain anything but rocks and dirt, despite being ran through sluice and panned identical. Overall was very pleased except for the one bag, that was very disappointing.
