Bought these boots for my wife and the right boot is too tight around the ankle. It is very clear if you look at both of them one is smaller than the other. Tried to email them about possibly exchanging the one boot and they just emailed me one solution that we’ve already tried and didn’t work. Now they won’t email me back. Very disappointed with them.
