I love it! It's a little big for my girl but she's still growing and I didn't want her to grow out of it too quickly. And if it was smaller it would be hard to get on her because there is no stretch.

My bull terrier is 64-ish lbs. Bought a size 9. It's loose, but think an 8 would be tight on his "armpits.". So I'm happy with how a 9 fits him. Material is light, but cozy. Stomach area is short so it's no where near the pee "splash zone.".

So I bought my son and his girlfriend ponchos for their two shiba inus and the colors they chose were perfect! The white shiba is a male and the sesame colored one is a female. The fit according to their weight was perfect but my only suggestion is, if your dog is firry, you might want to size up one, otherwise, this poncho is super cute on and everyone will be giving you compliments!!!

Yesterday was the first day I tried the poncho on my teeny weenie and gahhhh….he is sooo so cute in it! I just LOVE the color and it fits him perfectly!!! He is with his big bro Harley (7 years old) whom I also bought a poncho for months back and his poncho matches mine!!! Anyway, this poncho is well made and looks oh so good on the pooches! I LOVE this poncho. Ziggy is a husky/border collie, weighing 44# and super skinny. We got the size 8 and it fits him perfectly. The product quality is human-grade and very comfy feeling. Perfect "shoulder season" poncho for outdoor romps!! Gordie is a Chi/Russell Terrier, just under 10 lbs. The chihuahua body is often difficult to fit but sizing was perfect. It's super easy to put on/take off. The hood is a little bulky so if your fur friend doesn't like things over their head you just have to fold it back or tuck it under. We've worn it hiking in the woods and to the beach, and everyone always comments on our little Deadhead dog. :)

This poncho is the perfect sweater for my puppy Kiki. She absolutely loves it. It works for her so well. She can still run, jump and do active fun puppy things in it, as well as keeps her warm. I ordered a size 5 for Kalel (21#) but it was too tight around the arms and the back wasn’t long enough. They recommended I exchange it for a size 6 and it fits perfect. Kal is so swole since he does the same work out as his Cane Corso brother so he needed a larger size for all hims muscles. I like the colors and quality of these.
