I have only just commenced the Longevity Box and supplements, but my initial thoughts are that the capsules are very easy to swallow and pleasant to take. There has also been a comprehensive amount of valuable support, information and advice to go along with the supplements, and additional gifts/discounts to claim as a very kind goodwill gesture for being part of a community of likeminded people.

I love longevity box. I get all my supplements from them (Ultimate Magnesium8, NMNH, Trans Resveratrol, Sermidine, Apigenin amd Tmg) and wouldn’t go without them. I have more energy, rarely get sick and feel better generally. It gets shipped quickly and the subscription price is also a plus.

I'm a bricklayer and struggle with back pain. I'm 50 and still do workouts on the heavy bag and in the gym and I was told about magnesium glysulphate by a friend. So I bought some. Wow. I get alot better sleep, I feel more confident, my aches arnt gone but are alot better, I'm not stiff when I've not trained for a while. I bought 3 packs, they arrived well packed, on time and I take 2 every night before bed. Awesome stuff!

Had planned to thank you for this, before you suggested it. At 83 I have tried most variations of NMN and NR, with really no apparent benefit. My second heart op last year and felt a bit adrift, so was persuaded by you ( video ) to try NMNH, with little hope. Quite extraordinary, but the product just does seem to work. It doesn't taste very nice, but it's over quick! The results are good, long covid and Fibro, making a massive difference. Stopped for awhile to see the difference, hardly any sleep, very soon after taking feel normal, so it's defo not a placebo effect

Difficult to say if I feel any difference as only bee my a couple out f weeks taking it.. However the resealable part of the bag does not work so I’m having to fold the bag up and use an an elastic band to avoid losing freshness to the supplements 🤔

Been getting in a muddle navigating all the different types of magnesium out there, so was really happy to find this 8 in 1. I still also take l-threonate separately before bed and additional citrate because my neurologist put me on a high dose of that to help counteract migraines - but at least I'm now down to 3 packages and that's improvement!

I can't comment on how its made me feel as I don't feel any different. I am taking it as I have Stage 4 cancer and am on chemotherapy. I've read lots of good things about it. Delivery was quick. This was my first time taking NMN so wasn’t sure what to expect. I do not feel or see any change yet but the quality of the powder seems good. It’s easy to dissolve and the taste was slightly sour. I can’t take it sublingual but dissolved it in a little bit of liquid and put below the tongue.
