This is a great supplement with all the essential magnesium wrapped up neatly in a single capsule. I know that every body is different but for me this has really helped me in helping to keep blood presdure in check and my immune system. It's no doubt helping in other ways too. I have showed with this company for at least 2 years and I trust them. I like the personal touch and knowing I can ask questions which will be answered.

I haven't been taking these long enough to give an honest review at the moment. But i will say the capsules are a good size so very easy to swallow taken with or without food. I have a lot of confidence in these capsules and this brand as I have taken other supplements from them.

I'll be honest, I didn't really notice much while I was taking NMNH. My overall health improved, but I was making a few other changes at the same time, so it was hard to know what was actually making the difference. Then I switched to NR, and within about a month I noticed my motivation dropping. I switched back to NMNH and the difference was pretty noticeable. Sometimes you don't realise what's actually working until you stop taking it.

I like this because it has different sorts of magnesium and is tested for purity. No fillers either! I take a couple before bed and they seem to help me sleep better. I personally liked it more, when it came as a loose powder but that's just a personal preference
