Great booster I have been taking this supplement for around 6 months now amd are really seeing the benefits. Great for increased energy and really boosts workouts. I am also sleeping well. I certainly plan to keep using this for the long term benefits.

First use review I'm 54 & started taking NMN to help reduce the aging process! I guess only time will tell on this one. However, i run around 3Km every other day after a week of taking NMN my run times were faster by about a min! it felt easier & I had more energy & felt slightly sharper mentally. Also when sleeping I had more vivid dreams. So far generally having a positive effect for me.

I haven’t been taking it for very long but already I’m feeling that endurance is improving and muscle recovery feels smoother!

I take magnesium8 alongside other supplements. I find the capsules easy to take. I have had long term back problems from working in the NHS. I am finding I can stand for longer, since taking these.

The products are great and company seems very reputable - all products tested and owner clearly is knowledgeable in the space and building a community. The only thing I'd change is the actual packaging. This isn't so important for the tablets, but the powder (NMN) is very fiddly to get out of the packet and not spill especially when you get close to the end. I've purchased some glass tubs which i plan on transferring it to so hope that will make things easier.
