I have just commenced having NMN for the very first time and I have not had any side effect as yet. I am observing myself closely and I am trying to be as objective as possible so as to avoid placebo effects. Taking 0.5g NMN with 1g Resveratrol for just coming up to 2 weeks now. Mixing it with vegan yoghurt as recommended by Dr Sinclair. Too early to tell yet but feel good so far. No side effects so going to increase to 1g & 1g. Will update in a couple of months.
