The socks shipped fast and are great quality. The grips do an excellent job of preventing blisters and help me feel connected to my shoes. I love that they are on both the outside AND inside of the socks. The grip material is better than the silicone ones. I find the silicone grips start slipping when there is water or sweat. Only grip is that the socks can be a bit thick. I would prefer if they were a bit thinner.

I like how the socks have grips inside and outside of the socks. I have plantar fasciitis and psoriatic arthritis so my feet are usually painful as I start and while playing pickleball when my socks are slippery inside my sneakers.
