Wasp strips were surprisingly effective at taking away shock from my racquet. I put this is in my stiffest racquet to and noticed an immediate difference between this and my other dampeners. I have been using the RTP dampener for about a month now. I ordered it because I was having pain in my right thumb and the pain was starting to radiate up my arm. I have noticed recently that the pain is gone. I don't know for sure whether it was the dampener that helped, but I will keep using it because it seems to be helping!

I had developed severe elbow and forearm pain after changing racquets toward the end of last season. I ended up taking 12 weeks off. First day back, I felt a lot of discomfort, but thought maybe I was just working out the kinks getting back in tennis shape. Fits well, easy to adjust size for accurate fit. Have to say that it's not as hot as I thought a black hat would be, nice comfortable built in sweat band. Bill provides enough sun coverage w/o obstructing view.

What a difference this stuff makes. I normally have to warm up my shoulder before serving full throttle, but not with this shock. Noticeable weight difference so maybe get the weighted strips on the neck.

I wear a brace to play, but I have found the wearing compression socks while I play really helps too. I also like the grip on the bottom, I feel like my feet aren’t shifting around.
