I was looking for an extremely well made pill case to toss in my pocket for not only EDC but for hiking. I’m an avid hiker and backpacker and the nano case is perfect for the pocket! I love how slim it is and how perfect the machining is on the aluminum. The slide gives such a satisfying click to let you know it’s closed. I will be buying the larger cases now for my pack!

This is the best pill case I’ve ever owned. I love how sturdy the metal makes it feel. Also, the magnetic attachment is perfect. Strong enough to hold together when lifting to move, but still easy to separate should you want to use just one. They are easy to open, but also secure so nothing accidentally opens in your purse or toiletry bag. Plus, they look sleek and unassuming, which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. The wide variety of offerings with respect to sizes and finishes was exactly what I was looking for. The nano case (pictured) truly is tiny, but is perfect to have in a pocket or a backpack for easy access throughout the day. In contrast, the 2XL weekly case holds all 19 of the various pills I take every morning. Fit and finish of the cases are perfect; this is 100% an instance of ‘you get what you pay for.’

I didn’t think I could love a pill case, but here we are. The nano case is perfect for keeping in your bag, or discretely keeping out pills you need to remember to take. I have a pill I have to take each evening but I hated leaving the bottle on my nightstand. This is the perfect solution. The cases are so well made, I actually looking forward to sliding them open (and playing with it a little) before getting in bed. This is truly the only pill case you’ll ever need.

As a former industrial designer, I find the Ikigai case to be beautifully made and perfectly functional. The stepped sliding mechanism is delightful and I can easily fit my prescriptions plus a couple of daily supplements in each generously sized pocket, each of which is engraved with the days of the week. But, it’s the smooth, slightly weighty feel in my hand that makes this more than just a pill box. It’s a small sculpture.
