I'm enjoying this little luxury item, and glad to be done with the plastic ones. These are well designed, the sliding cover works well, and no worries about spilling pills. Super sturdy, I imagine that these will be the last pill cases that I ever need to buy.

These pill cases are a lesson in quality metal craftsmanship. It’s such a pleasure to feel the way the sliding lid softly clicks into place at each day location. Since I bought a pair in black and silver, I swapped the lids for a two-tone effect.

I absolutely love these pill cases and don’t regret the purchase at all! I went with this colorway because it felt like a great contrast for AM/PM (light sky vs dark sky). The colors are vibrant and the splatter blue matches the solid blue in this configuration. I would not want to introduce a different blue for sake of consistency. This is my third Ikigai case. I carry the mission pill or nano with me daily. Often more than one flip lid on my plastic am/pm case would open mixing multiple days of pills. No more sorting and separating tablets and capsules because of this. With the slide top lid I get one day and one day only. They look great and will last forever. I can pack them in my luggage and don’t have to without my medicine spilling out. I love the way the magnetically stick together.

It really is a beautiful case! I wish they had it in a 2 week version as I prefer not to load these up every week, but I just ordered 2 of them as a work around! So much nicer than cheap plastic and extremely well made!

I love these cases. I had bought the weekly regular cases but had an increase in medications that were larger so bought the xl. As a transplant patient this helps me keep everything together without having to use cheap plastic cases. The regular was fine for me starting out but once I had to add larger pills and capsules due to mineral deficiencies the xl just made closing and opening much easier. Such a great product and such a pleasure to use and carry on short vacations.

Not inexpensive but seems VERY well made and extremely high quality. I have a few medical conditions and take lots of pills and this is the first case that actually holds everything I need! For that alone, worth the price. I would be shocked if these don't last for many, many, many years.
