My wife and I love this! I’d been considering one from following a friend who uses an ice pod, and I finally pulled the trigger! I’m so glad we did. It was easy to set up, changing water is a breeze, and we immediately started seeing health benefits (we sleep like babies every night we plunge). Water stays at temp so far, and we both the ice molds to help cut cost on buying ice. Definitely will recommend this to others (already have) and will use it as much as we can!

Used it about six times now and it does get easier. The hardest part is making the decision to get in, especially as it gets colder and colder in Michigan. Having to break ice every time now and staying steady at 40 degrees. It can truly turn into an ice capsule! The inner and sides and bottom will freeze. I always feel better after cold soaking, as it’s probably one of the harder choices in my day. Choose the hard and level up in 2025. Highly recommend!

Love having a reusable method to cool down my pod. Even better that it’s the same water being reused to reduce waste. I don’t have a chiller, so these are the next best thing without having to continually buy more ice at the store. Make sure you freeze them well in advance of needing them, they took longer than I anticipated to get all the way frozen. Going to order a second set and then I should never need to buy ice for the pod again!

I've wanted a cold plunge for months now and decided to try this. It was inexpensive compared to a lot of others I looked at and we love it! It was easy to set up and comfortable to sit in with your legs stretched out. Great value and not a huge investment! Thank you!!

What a great company... the product is great and they stand behind their products. Mine had a tiny seal leak and they got me a new one in a few days. Can't beat that customer service! I love how well the chiller works too. I have had mine for 3 weeks now and have done a 3 minute plunge every day since I recieved it. I feel great!

I got my ice trays before I received my ice pod! Such an amazing investment. I have saved so much money on ice. I freeze 5 trays for my cold plunge, saving 15-20 dollars per day. Because it’s so thick, it doesn’t melt fast. Would definitely recommend for others.

After owning a few difference Ice baths, the Ice Pod with the Chiller is the way to go! After pricing out other units I feel it's well worth the investment as it is priced fair! We have been recovering better since using the Ice Pod and feel great every time!

This has been a game changer in my recovery from multiple spine surgeries. It has tremendously helped with my inflammation which I battle with on the daily! It’s placed in my garage for now. Adding ice does become a bit of an issue for me so eventually I’d like to invest in the chiller! I’ve become a cold plunge addict!!!!!

Very impressed with this mat! Highly recommend it to anyone that has a house or garage set up and their ice bath sweats and causes lot of water puddles. I had tried several other methods to try to stop all the water puddles and catch all the water. This was my last option to try and I’m so glad I found it. It has been under my ice bath for just over a month now and has stopped all puddles. I’m not sure what magic it worked but this was worth every dollar.

I have a serious illness and found cold water therapy a few years ago. I live in a colder climate, near the ocean and dip frequently throughout the year but given my symptoms, I’m not always guaranteed to access the ocean. I purchased my pod a few weeks ago, and I have been in almost every day. It arrived quickly, the quality is better than what I expected, and easy set up. I love my ice pod pro and have shared my experience with it to anyone willing to listen.

I got my ice pod in the mail I think maybe two weeks ago. Have been plunging every day and it's awesome. I think I'm turning into a polar bear. The thinner material is perfect for this time of year because the ice never gets too thick for me to be able to get in (or have to use an axe to break it). I keep it in a location where it get's the morning sun. Avg temp is around 32-33*F. I'm 6'1 and I have no problem sitting down comfortably in the tub. Easy to assemble, easy to drain and clean. 10/10

Easy to assemble. Stays cold. I got the 3 pack of ice block containers. I throw them in the deep freezer and throw them in a bit before I go in. I’m 5’9” 175 lbs. Easily deep enough to dunk my head. 10/10 5 star would recommend!!

I used the original Icepod for ~6 months. Really love the benefits of cold plunge, especially for recovery after workouts. The long pod has the advantage of being able to stretch out and move a bit while plunging. Keep up the good work!!

I used to fill my pod up with summer but wasn’t consistent since the water never got extremely cold. It also was a pain to buy ice each day and haul it to the backyard. The chiller was worth every penny. I know that my water is always the correct plunge temperature. I had been consistently plunging every day since I set it up!

As a 6'4" 350lb man I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't fit in my Ice Pod but I was pleased with the size. Definitely works until I can upgrade to the long pod.

I upgraded to the Long Pod from the 2.0 pod. The 2.0 was great, but being 6’3” and 235 pounds, I appreciate the ability to stretch out. I also recommend the Chiller.

LOVE it! Our IcePod is indoors and we use this purely to make the water feel colder, which it does fabulously. I initially hesitated to buy it with my Pod purchase and ended up buying it later. If you don't have the chiller, this is definitely worth adding on.

I’ve been tempted to buy a pod for a long time, but I am a big guy and the regular ones seemed like they would be a tight fit for me… as soon as the long pod was announced I jumped on board! I’ve done it every morning since! The construction is great the materials are premium, no leaks are anything! Highly recommend!

I've been on the fence about buying an ice bath for over a year. I just wasn't sure if I could really commit to it. The ice pod has been so easy to set up and use. My husband and I have both been using it 3-4 times per week since we got it. We are using the ice bricks, which are great because we can just refreeze them once their melted. We'll see if we have to add a chiller once it gets warmer but I would definitely recommend the pro bundle to everyone.

Used my tub for the first time this morning. 23° outside at 6 am but had to do it! The water in the tap here in the mountains of Idaho comes out at 40°. It’s been filled up for 3 well below freezing nights and with all of the included insulation attached, it’s stayed the same temperature. Plenty of space to get a full dunk of the whole body and head and then comfortable enough to settle in neck deep with my head resting on the inflatable ring. Bought a hot tub earlier this year, later purchased this cold plunge. Ironically I enjoy using this cold plunge MORE! Yes, you read that right. I couldn't be happier! Love this thing! Has both connections to hook up an ice chiller that I still need to add. Made out of High quality materials.

The insulated cover and lid has made a HUGE difference in keeping the water about 50 degrees. Living In the southeast can make this difficult with cool nights and warm days. This has been a great alternative to the chiller during the winter, although the chiller will be helpful for the upcoming summer. Thank you, IcePod Company, for crafting such a wonderful product!

The ice pod has been an amazing addition to my post workout recovery care! My muscles and joints feel so much better. Even my family coming to visit, enjoy using my ice plunge! With multiple people using my plunge I felt it was necessity have a good cleaning system. I love how good it feels to get into a plunge that is fresh and clean. I feel it has allowed me to go longer between water exchanges with the plunge. Certainly a necessary part of the care of your pod.

We initially got just the Ice Pod but were constantly buying bags of ice and having to change the water. The chiller has been a game-changer. It keeps the water cold (no more ice needed) and clean. Plus, it was super easy to set up and maintain. If you do ice baths every day, you definitely need to invest in the chiller.
