First, I want to start off by saying I love the Ice Pod product that I got. The materials are high quality, and everything works great so far. I do want to address the customer service aspect of this company. I waited over 10 days before I received notification that my order had shipped. The issue is that what is advertised is 2-3 business days. I reached out to customer service to ask why it was taking so long to ship my order. My wife and I began doing ice baths/cold plunges in a cheaper ice bath but it only lasted about 2 months before it broke. So we went on the hunt and landed on the Pod Company IcePod. Wow! I received my original order (LongPod w/ Pro-Chiller). It arrived a day early. I set it up, following all instructions, and after 3 days of being set up, a leak began. It seemed to be coming from the bottom drain plug. I contacted customer service with a full description, photos, and a short video. CS immediately set me up with a replacement LongPod. I’ve been using the Sauna Pod every day for the last two weeks since it arrived. It was super easy to set up and use. I’m spending about 30 minutes per day at 170 degrees, and I’m burning an average of 350 calories each day with an average heart rate peak of 160. I bought the normal round tub and used ice for a few months, the water would last around 2 weeks before I had to replace it and the temperature got down to around 55 with the ice.
