First and foremost, the shirt is high quality and feels amazing! It took awhile to get the shirt, no fault on the company’s behalf. After reaching out to the company to check on the status of my shirt, I was emailed quickly and given a tracking number. The problem with the USPS, as the shirt was sitting at a hub for almost 2 weeks. After about 3 1/2 weeks (total time) the shirt arrived and it was a fantastic gift for my friends birthday. I love this company. The t-shirts are awesome and so is the customer service! I accidently hit a button that added an additional t shirt I didn't want and didn't catch it until after I had paid. I wrote an email and let them know. The promptly returned my email and my money. It was so nice to have such great customer service in a world where mostly you never hear back once you pay. As a first time customer, I was really disappointed. The fabric is lower quality for the price, the shipping / delivery process is opaque and arrived too late for what I purchased it for. The return policy punishes the buyer and is not transparent on the website.
