The 13 notes hangpan is well made and very attractive in its blue with gold/bronze notes. The notes are well tuned and accurate. It is a real pleasure to play on it. Also the service from Teman is very good, with quick delivery by fedex and proper tracking. The communication is also prompt with good followup. Overall, an excellent product with very good service.

Fabulous, great experience with this hang. 432 hz is ideal of meditation and hypnosis. The color is super cool and giving exotic color to my living room.

First of all, I received the handpan in a very timely manner. The packaging was amazing, so it arrived in very good shape. I'm a total beginner, so this is my first handpan. I'm thoroughly enjoying learning how to play it. To me the sound is beautiful and seems comparable to the handpans of professionals I hear on the internet.

I have two tones dead on arrival. Wondering if solution (tuning) available in Seattle Washington USA location. Manual mentioned fingertips as included n package. They were not included. Otherwise tones are good and have wonderful sustain. Suggest design stand to allow for bottom tones. A stand that slightly tilts the drum towards player would be desirable. I will have good meditation and fun.

I purchased the Gold 9-Note Handpan D-Minor, 440htz about 2 months ago on sale after researching many brands and types of handpans. For this price and for whose who start the journey with a handpan this is excellent solution. The sounds of this handpan is warm with a long vibration - what is nice. One of the notes is a little overtone. This is my first handpan so I have no comparison to others handpans but for me is only one trouble with them: to make good ghost notes. But maybe it is because of my unexperience. Any way this handpan looks and sounds great !
