I purchased the 2 pack of peanuts. The one with the Cajun flavor and the original. We haven't had the chance to boil the original flavor yet but the Cajun was out of this world!! The process was so easy! Just put the bag in the crockpot, cover with 1 gallon of water, rotate bag every couple of hours( when convenient) and forget about it!! Grew up eating boiled peanuts. Road trip, boiled peanuts. Tubing down the Ichetucknee, a bag of boiled peanuts in each of our laps. Now I live where I cannot get/find raw (green) peanuts. I lived in the S.C. low country so I grew up eating some of the best peanuts around. I have been away from there for 30 years. I got to say these peanuts took me back. They were so easy to prepare, 4 and a half hours in the XL pot and 2 hour cool down. Yummy.

I am so glad that I ordered these. The peanuts in the supermarket doesn’t compare to the size of these nuts. I am going to order more after I finish this review. I ordered the original because I have a sodium limit. I thought this would be too salty but halfway I replaced the water and they turned out perfect!!

I’m originally from Georgia grew up on fresh boiled peanuts. Married a ( Yankee) been in Upstate NY for the past 37 years and have not had boiled peanuts that I boiled myself in all these years.I just boiled my first batch yesterday and oh my goodness flash back to my childhood. I did my first bag yesterday started them on the regular stove to a boil, then moved them over to our wood stove and let them simmer all day 8-10 hours and they were perfect. Definitely will be ordering more

Being west of the Mississippi, good boiled peanuts are about as common as unicorn dust. And forget about finding a good green peanut with which to make one's own. Dried/raw peanuts from BoiltheBag is the best option that I have found. Absolutely love this package. I also love the way you can choose which bag it comes with. On a side note, the Christmas card was such a nice touch. Best peanut brittle ever. I didn't care for the fried peanuts at first (just a personal preference)but I put them in a bottle of Coca-Cola (I'm originally from GA so we do that) and they were so perfect for that. I recommend this company to anyone who enjoys peanuts of any kind.

The ordering process was EASY! However, choosing the flavors was tough. I have a friend who grew up in Florida and she told me about boiled peanuts. I met her when she moved to Pennsylvania. She told me you could buy them raw and cook them at home, OR if you were lucky, there was a guy on the side of the road selling them boiled and ready to eat. The closest thing to boiled peanuts in PA is canned. The picture I shared is the day she got her BOIL-THE-BAG peanuts.

I grew up in Alabama and spent summers in Florida with my grandmother. We used to get boiled peanuts on the side of the road when traveling between the two states. Boil the bag peanuts taste like those and it brings back memories. These peanuts are way better than the canned verity.
