There was a big mistake in shipping where it came all around past me then back up to Massachusetts before I emailed the company. The company took care of it. I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she is remarkable. She took care of. It. Got it back to me in no time and after I’ve gotten it I’ll put it on seeing how thick and how well made it is. It’s robust. It’s gonna take an intentional effort to tear this thing or cut it. I’m very pleased with it. Well worth the money.
