Mine arrived broken. It's really cute and has a nice click, but so does the cheaper for sure not quacking version. It didn't quack when I opened the box, it didn't quack after I charged it for many hours on 3 different chargers. I reached out to customer service who took 2 days to ask me for a video to prove it didn't work. I responded immediately and still haven't gotten a response back and that was 1.5 weeks ago.

Had it attached to my phone and the first time out the duck fell off😭. So now I have a quacker without a duck. We searched the restaurant for an hour and never found it. Not sure how it came off so easily.

I love how it’s like those Lego mystery things sad how I didn’t get the ice cube one but I love the concept it may be unoriginal but it’s a good one other than sell individual caps and everyone complaining that it should be worth the regular one
