The idea of the product itself is amazing and it's cute af but making the key cap removable made it more susceptible just come off involuntarily. I lost both my key caps in 1 month

Horrible online purchase experience. Got charged extra for shipping protection after already paying for it. Then the delivery took more than 4 weeks! The UPS link sent to track the delivery was invalid. Had to follow up with support multiple times to get a resolution. The look of the delivered product also not up to the images on the website.

Works okay, feels a little janky, and a little disappointing that the software has to be open to work. Would like a few other quack noises that it alternates through to keep it from getting stale. I like the idea, the execution could’ve been better

I waited months and had poor experiences with the customer service getting a straight answer. Eventually the product showed up, and one of them just flat out doesn’t work. Since my experience was so poor, I didn’t bother trying to get it replaced. I gambled and lost.

Order took months to be shipped with very little updates and needed to reach out to the seller for status on my order. Once I received the item the box was damaged and the item itself was faulty, came with a broken keychain.... didn't want to bother with a claim thinking it would take months for a replacement.
