Loved it, was sooo cool but someone stole it

My son was stoked to get this for Christmas only to be disappointed when the product didn’t work. I immediately reached out to get a replacement. Unfortunately my communication with Duckey Caps was long and drawn out. I was mislead to believe a replacement was sent out last week just to find out they just now sent it out. Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service & timely attention.

Product is cute. Customer service is amazing.

Worst customer care experience ever. Jan from customer support takes forever to follow up. I spent twenty dollars for a rechargeable keychain but was baited and only received a non noise making fidget toy and free key. I would highly NOT recommend. Horrible experience!!!!

I love my cat fidget toy, they are so cute.

Delay of shipment and of delivery and of communications… I ordered mid November and received my order end of December (after Christmas !), with huge international fees to pay, and I was not aware of it… more than 30 euros and 1 month and a half to get a keycap is way too much. Poor customer experience, I will never order again.

It's a scam the duck sound is an app the keyboard has absolutely nothing to do with it! Very disappointing considering the amount of money it costs!!! Literally can buy any keyboard and use the the "quack app"!!! Misleading and disappointing

I was really sad to buy three keycaps and to not get any of the Pudgy Penguin ones, I understand it's random so am not too upset, and hopefully if I order more I can get one then. The cap is really cute and is easy to put on my keyboard.

total garbage and false advertising - the $200+ keyboard wont quack on its own, the computer quacks, they the hell would i want this thing if it didnt quack on its own...

My 13 year old nephew loved the fidget toy

As I am in the UK they were not comparable with my grandsons keyboard, I didn’t see any alerts when I ordered these that there are two types ( one for US and one for UK) my grandson was very disappointed as they were for his birthday. I think it would have been a good idea to put a warning on your website as I have heard of this happening to a lot of people in the UK. The Duckey fidget toy he loved but it didn’t compensate for the disappointment of the other ones.
