Bought the three pack and two of them worked perfectly. One unfortunately did not. Contacted Customer Service who were very responsive and attentive and sent 3 new ones for the broken one. Unfortunately none of the ones they sent work! They are cool when they work but this is really disappointing :/

The mystery packs are garbage. Pure and simple. Although I got the cowboy which I really wanted, I also got poo head here with is the worst and literal crap. This combined with getting the worst one in the winter mystery packs, and then getting doubles of it, I can confidently say that the mystery caps suck and are a total waste of money.
