For the most part I really love this shelf (I got 2 in different sizes). It seems sturdy w only a little wobble and looks super cute and holds all the books I wanted it to. It was also very easy to put together. The only reason I took off a star is that one of the little metal pieces was bent wrongly and I couldn’t attach it so I’m missing one of the little guard rails. No big deal as long as I keep that slot for hard covers :) thank you fly city!

We haven't opened this bookshelf because I bought the small 3 tier one when my daughter wanted the 5 tier shelf. I am currently trying to return the shelf in the return period but have not heard back from your company yet. I will leave an updated review about your customer service when you return my correspondence. We ended up buying the 5 tier shelf from Amazon and it is a great shelf and easy to assemble. Probably the same manufacturer.
