This is my 3rd jar of seamoss and I could not live without it now. I took a break from it previously due to travelling and being unable to keep it refrigerated and noticed such a difference when not taking it! Myla’s moss has given me a much needed energy boost! I was told I had low iron during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy, I was feeling so lethargic in the day. I was prescribed iron tablets which came with a load of other ingredients I didn’t want in me. So I started having 2 tablespoons of this sea moss a day and it changed me. Back to feeling like myself and my having energy again with no added yucky ingredients. I’ve been telling everyone about it.

Absolutely love this stuff. My skin looks so much better then like a week ago! I've been getting compliments about my skin and how I loom like I'm glowing. I'll definitely be keeping up with this. And the taste isn't bad like I thought it would be, it's actually really bland which makes it so much easier to eat for me. I like to drizzle a little honey on top to give it a little sweet taste.

I was recommended to try Myla’s Moss through my cousin and I have to admit, I am 1 week into using the seamoss and absolutely love it! I’ve been putting it into a smoothie for my daughter, my mother and I to drink daily and I’m hoping to see a change by the end of July. I have now been using Mylas Moss for 3 months and it has made a big difference to my digestive system and some bowel issues that I have had for years.
