Kevin
My name is Kevin. I've had the Real Sun Cover for two years now, and it's been great. I keep it in my truck, and it doesn't melt or degrade. It provides excellent sun protection, and I've never gotten burned while using it. I've used it for up to three hours at a time without any issues

Customer video review of Firewire S BOSS (5'4-6'4) 5 Fin Futures Ibolic White
James
James here, South Shore Hawaii Surfer living in Waikiki. About 6 months ago, I bought the S-Boss. I chose it because the Firewire profile showed it could handle a variety of conditions, which proved true. It can handle bigger waves and some grovelly waves, allowing me to hang with longboarders and get into more critical stuff. I was intrigued by the centerline or spine. I found it acted more like a center fin, allowing rail-to-rail movement. Initially, I used a thruster setup with Endorphin 2+1 ...

Customer video review of CJ Nelson SLASHER LOW PRO Single Fin (9'3-9'9) Thunderbolt Silver
Evan
I usually ride shortboards, typically in the 5'7 to 5'8 range. I picked up the Slasher Low Pro 9'3 because I wanted something for small days that wasn't too loggy. I've ridden longboards before, but they were always Thruster setups, not true single fins. I've ridden the Slasher quite a bit, more than I expected, due to the small waves on this side. I like the Slasher; it's nice to transition from shortboarding because it turns easily, almost too much. It provides a different feel but still feel...

My name is John Kim. I work for Vision to Learn, an organization that provides free eyeglasses to needy kids throughout the state. However, when it comes to surfing, I love riding the Mid6 board here in Hawaii. It works perfectly for the conditions, and I enjoy it immensely. I typically use the Endorfins on my Mid6, although I also like the Endorfin twin fins with a small trailer setup. However, I mostly stick with the quads. The board performs well in various conditions, and I prefer it when t...

Martin
My name is Martin, and I have been riding a 5 11 Sci-Fi. This is a really responsive, great all-around board. I have been surfing it a lot in steeper, punchier waves. Over the winter, when I was surfing bigger waves and switched from my 6 6 back down, I noticed a performance difference. When I step up on it, it just zooms. It feels like it has a motor when I put my weight on the tail. It generates a lot of speed and holds the rails well on turns. It is a really fun board. The wider nose helps wi...

Customer video review of CJ Nelson OUTLIER X 2+1 Fin (6'3-6'9) Thunderbolt Red
Boulter
I recently tried the Outlier board, and it was a great experience. I was initially trying out another board, but my wife had purchased this one, and I ended up liking it more. We had a friendly competition, which was fun. The board performed well, especially in getting through the whitewater section and transitioning to another section. It was easier to use than the Machado, which I had been hoping would perform better. I surfed this board at Rock Piles, where the waves were between one to two ...

Customer video review of Firewire BOSS UP 5-Fin (6'6-7'6) Futures Ibolic
Kim
I’m 5'9", 155 lbs, and I’ve been riding the 6'6" Boss Up. I started with the 2+1 setup, but switched to quads for more speed and release in smaller town waves. The board felt way faster and more responsive off the back foot—especially with smaller quad fins. It pivots great and still holds tight in bigger surf like Diamond Head and even Mansions. I like a rail-driven style, and this board fits that perfectly. Super stoked on it.

This is my second purchase of this hat. I had many different hat from every brand who makes water hat, and this is far the best water hat I can find. William
My name is Bill Sullivan. I came in a few days ago looking for a board that I can use to catch all kinds of waves. I haven't been surfing for long; I have gone just a couple of times in different places like Hawaii and Puerto Rico. I did a lot of wake surfing on boats, but I just moved here and wanted to get a board that would be fun. I rented the Parallax 9 6. When I first paddled out, the paddling was easy, which was the best thing. I am working with a bad shoulder, and it still felt super eas...

Hi, I'm Chichi. I picked up the Moe 7'4" from you guys, and I love it. It's awesome and a lot of fun. You guys recommended the Moe, and after trying it out, I found it to be perfect. I've been surfing at Rock Piles, and sometimes I drift over to Bowls but then head back to Rock Piles. The board picks up really fast, and I don't have any trouble keeping the nose down, even on bigger waves. I was worried about that, especially with larger surf rentals, but now I'm ready to stand, and it's just fun...

My name is Alika, and I've been using the Real Sun Cover for a while now. This is my second purchase, as I bought the first one at the beginning of last year and used it almost daily for the entire year. It lasted surprisingly long, and the coverage was excellent. I never felt like my face got burnt, even after extended use. I primarily use it for surfing, and it's incredibly effective. It stays on well, even in the water, which is great because it lasts a long time. I typically surf for about ...

Marky M.
I'm Mark, but at the surf spot, they know me as Marky Mark. I got the 7'4" Moe, and it's really improved my surfing. I love the board and often get stopped by people asking about it. I liked it so much that I gave it to my son and bought an 8-foot model for myself. I surf the 8-foot Moe mostly on the South Shore in the winter. Unfortunately, I lent it to someone and haven't gotten it back yet, but I plan to. I use Booster fins on the 7'4" and Harley Ingleby quads on the 8-foot. The board's Thund...

My name is Liam, and I just bought the 7'4" Moe. It's a great board. Paddles like a dream. Coming from New England, I didn't have paddle strength all year round, but this board makes it easy, even with a thick wetsuit. It surfs like a dream and is fast. With the quad setup, any wave with push gets you going, and it doesn't feel like a big board at all. In choppy conditions, like the last swells of the season here on the South Shore, it surfed great. Ross M.
I'm Ross Morimoto. I’ve been riding the 9'1" Parallax this whole time. It’s a two plus one. I’ve had every single one except the 9'9"—that’s how much I love this board. You have to have a certain kind of style to ride the single fin. I think the two plus one suits more people and more surfing styles. You can surf it more like a normal two plus one longboard. When I first tried a Parallax, it changed a lot of things for me. The hull and the single fin—it was just so effortless to paddle. Even th...

My name is Dylan, and I got a 7'2" Moe about two months ago. I've been using it to transition from a longboard to the Moe and eventually to a shortboard. It's really helped me improve, offering less volume but still enough paddle power to catch waves. It feels more maneuverable than what I'm used to. In windy and choppy surf, it provides more stability compared to a shortboard, making me feel more confident. I'm using the FCS Dan Mann fins, currently set up as a quad. I'm Jason. I got the 8'0" Moe from you guys. It's phenomenal; it moves really well with the wave. I used reactor quads on it, and they worked out great. I surfed it at Rock Piles on a small day, maybe waist-high, one to two feet. Getting into waves was no problem, which is what I was looking for. The board carried on the wave and felt natural, like it was smaller than an eight-footer, so I could still whip it around and maneuver it easily. I'm 5'10" and 210 pounds, so I thought the 8'0" was a go...

For someone my size, though, I might want to go with the 9'0" just for fun. Once you get in, it's got a rocketit's got a freaking first and second gear, that's for sure. Great board. This board goes! Proper log style with a modern touch of thunderbolt technology. The board is light and rides really well. Easy to walk the board and stay perched up there with gecko toes on the nose. She turns smooth as butter and trims a wave with the best of them. Solid purchase, don’t expect to purchase a new single fin for a while once you invest in this killah!!

I’ve been riding the 5'3" all-carbon Party Platter with large Endorfin quad fins. At 5'7" and 157 lbs, it works great for me. I surfed it at Courts on a solid 3 ft day—it flew. Even in smaller 1.5–2 ft waves at Concessions, the board had speed. First wave felt like I was on a skateboard, it was so fast. I’m bringing it back to Texas to ride it in the Waco pool—stoked on it.

I’ve been riding the Machado Cado for about two months now—pretty much every day. I’m 5'9", around 158–160 lbs, and it paddles great and feels super loose and easy to turn. I’ve mainly surfed it at White Plains in head-high and smaller waves, and it handles well. I’m using the Machado fins, which suit the board perfectly. It’s been a solid everyday board for me.

I know people look at me, but it's really good. I love catching waves with it. It's actually easy to catch waves, just like my 9'1". I got the 7'2" and can still duck dive it, depending on where the wave is cresting. Sometimes it's hard, but most of the time, if it's not just whitewash, I can duck it. Customer video review of JS Industries BIGBARON 5'10-7'6 PE FCS II CARBON White
Jacob
Hey all, Jacob here. I'm stoked to talk to you about my new stick - the JS Big Baron. I went with the 76 liter model since I'm about 6'1" and 245 lbs. It's a beast of a board but it totally works for my size and surfing style. It's definitely more of an all around board versus a step up for big waves. The extra volume helps me get into waves early and the width gives me stability, but it still turns well enough to shred corners at Bowls.

It’s a good option if you don’t wanna wear the ankle/wrist version. It does come with a little pouch where the pod slides in. The pouch is velcro and recommended to attach to your leash, but not sure how it will do in heavier surf. Being it’s a $100 plus dollars your best bet is to tie in your shorts pocket. It’s magnetic, if it’s in your shorts and you’re walking along side a car it will stick to the car. So be careful and be safe 🤙🏽

I've had my Hawaiian South Shore wet rash for three seasons now, and it's amazing. I wear it during summer and winter. It's one of the only things like it designed right here in Hawaii, and it's lasted three seasons. I love that when this thing is wet, you get freedom through the neoprene. My name is Steve William, and I'm from Canada but live in Mexico. I've had the Moe board for about a year now, and it's been super easy to catch waves with and very user-friendly. It's an 8'0" Moe, and I've been riding it with Harley quads. I recently tried the OVA board and found that the Moe paddles faster. The Moe feels pretty loose, which I like.
