it was easy to manage the site to preorder, then given updates when it shipped. The product was protected and it was so exciting to see the product and it was quality made! overall a good experience and worth it for the price point and i was happy i was able to get it!

The new lightstick looks very nice and it seems to be easier to handle than the previous one. I love the accesories and cradle, however if you just need the lightstick only, it's ok even without the accesories. But as a collector, I wanted to have them all. Right now until the London concert my lightstick works as a lamp as well and I suppose this is what the cradle is for.

It's not thick - there's no soft fleece lining on the inside so for the winter months it's still thin. The pink is a bit darker and warmer than the product image. It fits well, I'm 5'7 and got a medium (was worried that it would be too small) but I'm glad I got this size! Even though it's not the nicest quality, I love it! Just don't expect something thick or soft.

Llegó antes de lo indicado. El llavero que incluye venía roto de una parte pero se puede solucionar; así como la misma cadena del llavero marcó una de las photocards pero no hay daño considerable. Estoy satisfecha con mi compra

The pouch is stunning. When I first opened it, I thought the color was worn out because it looked uneven and patchy. Turns out it may be the plastic as time goes by it becomes patchy and if you clean it with a tissue, it will look just like in the promotional pictures. It's a good size for documents and other personal belongings and can be carried inside a tote bag or backpack. Great price for the product, very satisfied.

All the CDs was perfectly fine but the special event includes pcs, and I had 8 pcs included; they gave me ALL the same even when it was 5 different pcs version!!! It was totally sad cause at least they could had gave me at least 4 different from each other or something.

Such a masterpiece for ENHYPEN! And, for ATINYs - SAN is in this edition! Wish he had his own cover! Just wished these magazines would have been in cellophane wrap first before wrapping in bubble wrap. Either way it made it here safely with minor damages.

The book is stunning, huge, absolutely full of gorgeous pictures of BTS. It came with large postcards of each of the members along with a 14 month desk calendar which takes pride of place on my work desk. I absolutely love it

I received my albums just in time. The packaging was so good and secure. It was my first order so i was a little nervous about it but costumer service was so nice and helpful.^^

This was a preorder so I didn’t get the merch until a month and a half later. After it got shipped from SK, I got it a few days later! The box was quite dented when I received it so I was worried about the merch inside but when I opened it the lightstick and cradle were tightly wrapped with bubble wrap and had extra wrapping over it too! The merch were safe and concert ready!!!!
