These gloves are gorgeously stunning. I received so many compliments the forst time i wore them. They are functional, stylish, and a great price point for the quality.

Love the look and feel of these gloves. Will have to see about shortening the length of the fingers as they are too long. I would have ordered an xs but that size was not available. Hence the 4 star rating. Otherwise very pleased.

The fur is not the quality fur I'm use to. Plus, I did not want a ban. My impression was the item was a full hat that would keep my head warm. I need to return both items. Please advise what I need to do to return both items.
