And for some reason, I think leggings run a bit small, so I always make sure to size up to medium. but for shorts I can fit into a small or medium. I always opt for medium, but if the style is sold out and only has small, then I go for the small. (Just for size reference I'm a US size 6 , and usually in other brands: Shein Medium, Lounge Medium.
