I've only been taking it for 2 weeks so far, however, I genuinely feel more focused, motivated and happy. I usually struggle with mornings but about after 10 minutes of drinking (in a creamy coffee) I feel a lot calmer and ready for the day. I work on the computer for about 6 hours a day and my concentration has improved and I have a lot more patience when writing (typing). The only thing I haven't noticed is prolonged energy.
