In general they fit too tight so you have to order one size bigger.
There is not much head room for the big toes, which anatomically speaking, curls up compared to the other toes.
As such the shoe should be slanted from the big toes to the little toe.
So my suggestion is to order one size bigger than what you usually wear. It won't affect the width.

I play pickleball (66 yrs. young) these have improved my stamina real game changer. I am so impressed with the support and great traction. Super comfy, stays warm, Haven't tested the waterproof part yet but we didnt get these for that. But, because they are high top shoes, if you walked in snow or rain you'd probably end up with some sort of water through the top of it isnt secured correctly woth pants or something. Either way, My brother has always hated going barefoot and loves these style of shoes, along with the regular walking shoes, they've helped him confidently go barefoot more often.
