I was hesitant to buy these as it would take 6 capsules and in between meals to use this but as it turns out, easy to do if you plan for it. I actually also purchased the container with the pectasol powder in the lime flavor and love it. I just take a scoop of that as soon as I get up and I take the 6 capsules about an hour before dinner.
