I had been wearing my flower pendant for a few weeks and after removing it the flower accidentally dropped into the sink drain. I asked to purchase just the flower and customer service said they didn’t sell just the flower but gave me a generous discount on a new pendant. Thank you! I love it so much. Ps. A couple of weeks in with this necklace (plus the clover one which you can also see in the photo) and so far so good! I haven't used it on its longest length yet, but I like having the option. They don't tangle when I'm sleeping, they haven't tarnished in the shower or anything. Not tried with swimming/gyming yet, but planning to soon.

This was a replacement for a faulty item and it is stunning. I was seriously impressed with how quickly DLouise sent it out with it being so close to Christmas as it arrived the next day.
