Overall my teeth seem to be getting San however the shape of the toothbrush head poses some difficulty of use for me because the square is so large compared to the capacity of my mouth. If the shape was adjusted a bit, I think would have less difficulty.

The two brush heads do not fit very well. The one that came on the handle, keep coming off when i was brushing.
