I love this painting. I have only just started so nothing to show.
The rolled canvas was great, no wrinkles at all and no ironing.
The paints are really nice to use, they flow on nicely and cover well.
This is the very first time that I have had a DIY frame and it did take me a while to get the canvas secured and the corners folded neatly, but it turned out good, just hope the canvas is tight enough.
The lines and numbers are very easy to see and cover.
All in all a very beautiful painting ...

Still going with it, my partner and I are doing one each as a calm, mindful activity we can do together at the same time. It's great.
Some paints were a little dry and clumpy but mixing them in some more has helped.

This is my first painting by numbers. I really enjoyed the amount of different colours used, especially with the feathers. However I am quite disappointed with the tail. There seemed to be no definition with the feathers in the tail and to me it appeared to be quite blotchy.

I love this picture. It was fun to paint and so amazing to be able to get NZ icons instead of the usual junk I buy to paint. These ones will go on the wall.
The one downside is some of the paint is quite transparent and I had to go over it a lot to cover the lines and numbers and ran out of a couple of colours so had to try to mix my own

Somewhat disappointed in the variable quality and quantity of the paint. Several of the paint colours are quite thick and sticky and not easy to paint. As for quantity, I have run out of number 1 (114) paint well before I have finished the painting, can you please send me another pot so I can finish it.

I have finally finished my Tui in The Kowhai Tree painting. It has taken me a few months, but it has been well worth it. I just absolutely love it and it looks so gorgeous. The colours are bright and beautiful and the Tui stands out beautifully.
What a wonderful website and even better because it's in our New Zealand.
Really liked the rolled canvas and the DIY frame. Paints flowed nicely.

Well I have finally finished my Kereru painting and I am so thrilled and proud of how it turned out. Took me about 3 months but it was such a pleasure to paint. The design, paints and colours where perfect. Nice paints to use, with good coverage.
