I’ve tried different patches, and normally they will work about a week before coming off and taking my CGM with them. I tend to be hot and sweaty which doesn’t help! These patches have lasted the full two weeks I wear my device with no problems. Even if they get bumped. I will be buying these again. Not to mention that the designs are so cute!!

I was warned that the adhesive patch that comes with the Dexcom G7 units isn't always adequate, so I tried these. Not only do they apply easily and last the whole ten days, but peel off with less residue than expected.

I love the color and size. It is also easy to apply without assistance from a family member. I find the patches for Medtronic work better for me even though I have an Omnipod insulin pump and a Dexcom g6 CGM. The patches specifically designed for my devices don’t fully cover the device.

I am a great test case for keeping my Dexcom 7 on for the full 10 days. I teach Scuba diving at a university in the Virgin Islands and am in the ocean every day. The only way my Dexcom stays is to scrub the area thoroughly with Skin Grip before the patch and before the overpatch! This stuff makes it doable - from an every day ocean goer!

Always had an issue with the adhesive on my Omnipod and they would fall off very easily. Since using the SkinGrips, I haven’t had any issues with devices falling off or peeling. I am using these for a Medtronic Guardian sensor, it fits perfectly and it sticks amazingly! I spend a decent amount of time in the water and the previous tapes and covers would always come loose; not this baby! It stays on for a week (which is when I have to change my sensor) without any edges lifting AT ALL! It is the BEST thing I have used, by far!

But, for this product I will review bc it kept my dexicom on through almost daily hot yoga for 2 weeks, not to mention showering and all that. I was really impressed. I use the full face grip...no hole in grip. It, initially, was challenging to center the grip accurately on sensor that caused numerous misalignments, sensors getting wet from nonadherence and ultimately, waste of a grip.
I now trace the sensor's circular shape onto the grip before I adhere it to the sensor. This allows for a more accurate placement and the savings of a grip and sensor.

the solid patches are excellent and offer the most protection for my Stelo over the course of the two week period. It might be useful for the patch to be overall about half an inch larger in diameter, so that it was possible to get a smoother seal as it covers the bump of the Stelo -- I find that in week two, it does begin to fray and come off in spots, but I suppose that's to be expected when one is active!
