Purchased the 8” rainfall shower head + 16” adjustable arm for what I think is a reasonable price, $102.95. I replaced a cheap metal/plastic rainfall shower head with a shorter arm that was pealing off the finish. It was probably 10 years old and looked pretty bad, but still functional. My plan was to get a replacement of higher quality and good appearance which this seems to be just what I was looking for as an upgrade. I was looking for a high flow all metal shower head to match our Country Club 9” Rainmaker in both build quality and look. What I can say is in all regards this nailed it. When using wand only this is so strong…but in a high volume way not just cutting into you with tiny jets causing high pressure (I did use it without the 2.5gpm restriction). This thing made my life better! After a month in the Philippines where even mall bathrooms have these I asked myself why haven’t I bought one yet?! I now have two of these from this company and love them so much I intend to gift them this Christmas to my mother grandparents and best employee. We received the shower head about a month ago, but since it was a Christmas present, we didn't open it until Christmas Day. I installed it and it had a very little leak where the unit connected to the pipe coming out of the wall. To remedy this, I tightened it some more and the leak got worse. Speed of delivery (just two days after placing order), quality of packaging (every piece was individually wrapped in very nice material), quality of materials (beautiful real metal finishes), and terrific instructions (well illustrated). Absolutely love my new rainfall shower head along with the hand held sprayer which makes this setup perfect. The oil rubbed bronze finish matches perfect with my already existing faucets (see photo). I can tell this is a quality product not made of plastic like my other one was even though it was a big brand name. Beyond any doubt, this is a very high quality product. We recently had a walk in shower installed. We're very pleased with our purchases and the responsiveness of The Shower head Store. We ordered the shower valve with diverter, the high pressure 2.5 shower head, the rainshower, along with the arms for each. The plumber had never heard of the brand but remarked that it seemed well made and very easy to install. I don't know how it's possible but, the water pressure does seem stronger (even WITH the filter) and we can even run both heads without a substantial decrease in flow. We're delighted...

I had originally ordered a cheaper slide bar to replace the failing old one in my master bath that no longer would hold the showerhead steady. We have been buying and using Aquabliss filters for a few years, but eventually they leak too much. The market is full of cheaper plastic housing filters and over-promised filter claims. Wanted something more durable. This is it. HEAVY metal housing, very well designed and manufactured, and a filter that works.
