5 star! Very supportive and fit is just right. I’m 32C, 5’3 and 130 and I ordered a small. I’ve done high impact and lifting in this bra and it’s great for both. Sydney has been my go-to trainer since 2020, and I owe my strength and fitness through my last 2 pregnancies (5 kids total) to her and Dustin!!! I don’t mind supporting her in this way since her workouts are free - which is so rare these days. I bought the matching pants and am so glad I did.

I LOVE this complete jogger set! I got the pants in XL and the jacket is a 2XL because they were out of XL. Living in MN I wear a lot of layers. This jogger set is perfect for walking my dog in. It's so soft and warm, but not too warm, which is perfect me.

This is such a great one shoulder sports bra! I love the Heat Red color and I also previously purchased in Charge Blue. Fits true to size as I wear a 32A and purchased the XS. Great to wear for a strength workout, yoga and Pilates or as an everyday lounge top. Paired with older Royal Change black shorts and the Midnight Navy shorts from the Vivid collection.

Such a great sports bra in Seaform! Looks great with the matching leggings! The strappy back is cute and I like how the Royal Change words and emblem are raised. The individual cup pads are nice and I wear a 32A and the XS fits well!

I love these Lavender color leggings! I also purchased the leggings in Seafoam. The leggings don’t look bad with the Seafoam sports bra and I also paired the leggings with a flower print longline sports bra. A cropped charcoal grey sweatshirt also looks great with these leggings! The leggings are super soft and the fabric looks so polished! I love the no front seam, too!

Great quality. However the neck part of the hood does get a little getting used to, it fits rather snug around my neck. I wish I got one size bigger, but they sold out. Hopefully will motivate me to lose some of my belly to fit better on me :)

Super cute!! I already had it in gray and had to get a new one!!! It is comfy and warm. The hood is great and fits my hair iba ponytail or bun. The embroidered logo looks great and the small details in the zipper and anglet are super cute. It is white on the inside but that doesn’t really bother me. The mat is beautiful! It’s also what a mat should be for working out and stretching. It feels very durable, it has great cushioning, the mat doesn’t slide around when it’s on the ground, and I don’t slip or slide when I’m on the mat. I waited a while to buy this mat, but I’m glad I did!

The glute bands don't slide and stay in place for each rep. I like the positive thoughts on the band. For example, when I get tired, look down and see the word strong, it's a nice reminder to finish. Because I am strong and getting stronger.

I adore these leggings, and at 14 dollars I’m fighting the urge to buy more I kid you not. I disagree with the product details I am a pant size 27/28 and usually wear smalls in leggings and these are TTS. They are smooth and cool to the touch, my personal favorite type of stretchy leggings. I have a pair of BBC that have a similar waist and it is the best for strength training. I don’t know how this collection is still available but they’re great get them while you can squad.

Oh I love this workout mat so much! It is so rubbery and does not slip at all. I've never had a mat that didn't move. It's also long enough for me. I love the lavender color, but it does show dirt marks and dog hair. Wipes clean though with a towel. So happy it went on sale and I could get it!

I've been wanting a RC yoga mat for a long time. I didn't waste a moment when they were back in stock. By far the best mat I've ever had. Not too thick yet enough cushion to protect knees and elbows. Doesn't slide with high intensity training. Don't wait, get one now!

I love one shoulder tops and sports bras! Charge Blue is a beautiful color and looks even better in person. I like the white adjustable straps in the back, too. Very comfortable and a super soft fabric. Great to wear for low impact activities, on a walk or with a pair of jeans. I wear a 32A and the XS fits well with just a little room at the bottom of the sports bra. Purchased the 4.5 shorts to match!

Love it all. Lovely thick material, nothing shows through. Genius to get rid of the front seam! The compression just smooths everything out - with nothing feeling squashed or risk of spilling out. So great. I normally feel more confident in a capri pant, but feel so good in ‘Sydney’s shorts, I’ve already ordered more.

I love this bra! BEST support for HIIT or running. Anytime I’m planning cardio, this is the bra I grab. I’m 160 lbs, and wear between B-C cup. I ordered a medium. And I really wish I would have gone with a Large!! Oh well! It fits but is super restrictive on the tatas… but I guess the goal is to hold them in place. 😂

This bra is very flattering! It fits well and is supportive. It's more of a cottony type material instead of a dry-fit silky type so it attracts deodorant and hair a but more. I bought a small originally and I had to exchange for a Medium. I normally wear a small or xs in tops and am a 34 C, 5'7", 130 lbs.

I own 4 of these mats, hopefully that’s telling you they are worth getting. I absolutely love them. They are sturdy for everyday use and also travel easy. They add the right amount of comfort for stretching and floor work. I keep two in use at my home gym all the time and another that I take with me when I go to my local gym or for yoga. The 4th is retired and kept only for display.

My favorite RC sports bra ever!! The material is fantastic but the overall fit is not only supportive, it’s comfortable enough to wear all day thanks to the shape of the straps & perfect length from strap to armpits And the square neckline is very flattering for this small busted girlie (34B).
