I have spent a lot of money trying to find a good yoga mat. One that would not shred when doing the types of workouts we do. And one that was big enough and the right thickness. I love that Royal Change took the time to develop this mat. I absolutely love it!! It is always evident whether it’s workouts, clothes or equipment that Sydney and Dustin care about everything they do.

The quality and color is excellent!! I love the the Royal Change font and logo details too! It is easy to wipe clean and most importantly comfortable and rolls easily for storage!

I love working out with Sydney every morning! She keeps me going when I don’t think I can push any more. Her consistent encouragement helps me to believe in myself ❤️

The material of this mat is amazing. It has a give that allows my hands and knees a soft landing for certain stretches. The color is a nice saturated wine/burgundy. It is also durable against shoes pivoting on it.

These are super comfy and have great stretch! They are a bit thin, but not see through and stayed put through my HIIT workout. Can't wait to get allll the colors!

LOVE these running shorts. Has been forever since I’ve bought running shorts and I am so glad I got these. Already planning to buy more of these :) The waist band is EVERYTHING!!

I’m 6’ and 196 pounds a little over 4 months postpartum and I’m wearing a size large in both the leggings and sports bra. I never have to pull up the leggings which is great and the sports bra is so supportive! I don’t even feel like I’m wearing workout clothes these are so comfortable. Looking forward to getting more!

LOVE my sherpa hoodie! It is so soft and warm! I bought an xs and wear an xs in all RC sports bras. It's a little hard to get on due to the thickness, but once you get it, it is fantastic!!! Love the roomy hood and the front pocket!! GET ONE!!! You won't regret it! Stats: 34A - 114 lbs.- 5'5

This is the second iteration of this bra and I love it! It’s so much softer than the first version. Please get more colors! My favorite out of all my sports bras.

When this arrived I immediately left in love with it I wear it to work for a nine-hour shift I just wanted to feel it out to see if it was comfy for longer wears and it was and I'm am definitely purchasing more merch soon this is amazing love it 🎉

These fit great! I'm 5'10" with a 32" inseam and they hit at my ankles as pictured. My stats are 185#, 30" waist, 38" hips. The joggers are fitted (but not like skin tight) in my butt but looser in the legs, which is what I was hoping for. I definitely could have sized down for a more fitted look but i wanted something soft and comfy and these deliver! I haven't dried them in the dryer but they've held up to a regular machine wash well :)

Definitely very comfy, soft, and warm for the Wisconsin weather! Wish I had this sooner for the cold winter months to keep warm! Like a big teddy bear in this hoodie!

Love this mat! The larger size than other mats I’ve had is better for my workouts. I like that it doesn’t stay curled up on the ends when unfurled.

I LOVE these water bottles....the straw, the colors, the insulation. I'm a diehard Hydro Flask girl, but these are quickly taking their spot. I ordered the cherry blossom and the lemon drop and both are even more beautiful in person. Can't wait to get the next color!

Love how soft this shirt is and the sleeves how they are folded but sewed so the roll doesn’t come loose. Love the keyhole too! Also this is my first crop top I own!!!

It fits very well, I ordered a small, I don't have a big bust. The straps didn't slip down, the overall fit is snug, but I like snug. If I went to a medium, it would've been too loose for me. I love the look and feel of it. Comfy and the padding in the bra covers. Also check it after you dry it. The padding seemed damp, so I put it in the dryer alittle longer. I can't wait to buy it in the other colors.

Was kept updated throughout the whole shipping process and the water bottle came quickly. It’s bigger than I anticipated (pleasantly surprised), durable and keeps my water cold. Annnnd the color is so pretty!

This mat is so heavy and worth the price. It doesn’t slip as bad as my old mat on my carpet and it provides plenty of padding to help reduce the noise my neighbors hear. The writing on the mat keeps me distracted when I’m feeling the burn on a long squat or lunge hold. It is also very slip resistant! Love my purchase so happy I made this investment!

No more dragging my foot along the mat up from plank into runners lunge! This mat does not stick to the bottom of my shoes and doesn’t shift at all on our ceramic tile floor. Every day I see something different about the graphics, love my trainer’s quotes written all over 💜

Super soft material makes these pants comfortable. They don’t slide down or sag and the high waste hits perfectly. Definitely would recommend.

Super soft and comfy! Seriously fit like a glove. I was stuck between ordering a small vs. Medium. I went solely off of the size chart and went with small. I'm really glad I did!

I loved the shirt! Not only is the color super pretty but the fabric is very soft and nice. I tried it on and fell in love with it! I was afraid I wouldn’t like the elastic at the bottom but honestly it’s super flattering. It’s not tight at all, but is just enough to accentuated your waist. I bought two colors and love both of them!

First time I bought anything pink to work out in!! The color was so vibrant, I had to get it. I really love the soft, buttery feel, the cross back with the keyhole is so different and gives good support. Of course the mono pad works great and is better than all the sports bras with two separate support pads for sure!

40 lbs and still going thanks to the Sydney Squad. I love the alongside workouts and words of encouragement. It's just what I need most days.

Wore these hiking in Big Bend National Park and they did great! I really like how high waisted they are , and also the little rubber elastic around the legs to keep them from riding up.
