Love these bands! The quality is great and they don’t slip. Each band is the same size just different resistance, which is an issue I’ve had with purchasing other brands in the past. Highly recommend!

Love sydney! She is so positive and uplifting. She helps with the workouts when you need it. The information for nutrition is amazing! I would say only down side is die to the facebook group it is difficult to catch her lives.

I have wanted to snag a pair of these for months and finally did. I should have grabbed them sooner! They fit perfectly, are SO soft, feel like very high quality, and the details are amazing! I also grabbed the matching jacket and haven’t had the chance to wear it much, but I have a larger size I have had for at least a year and it’s one of my favorite jackets. Royal Change never disappoints!!

I’ve been waiting to purchase new resistance bands and am glad that I waited until Royal Change came out with more colors! The lavender color is nice and the bands are high quality! I love the velvet bag, too!! Each band has a greater resistance and makes me work hard during Sydney’s workouts! Thank you for making such high quality products!

I was super hesitant to buy this yoga mat as it was a bit out of my price range, but I’m SOOO happy I pulled the trigger and bought it. It’s so comfy. And I enjoy doing my workouts barefoot and this yoga mat is super comfortable and the quality is insane!

I have needed a new yoga mat and I love this yoga mat! The lilac color is super pretty and the Royal Change details on the top and bottom look great! After using the yoga mat for a week, it lays flat. The yoga mat is very high quality and soft! I wipe down the mat after use with a wet rag and my sweat marks disappear! It helps to have a sweat towel when lying down. My dogs even love the mat!

Bought these bands after having some ones from Amazon for over 4 years that kept riding up and weren’t doing the trick. Funnily enough, I got them in the mail the day before this leg day, where Sydney used the bands. Love them, they are high quality and I know I can use them for years to come.

I had ordered some resistance leg bands on Amazon, but had to return them because they were way too thin and rolled on my legs. THESE! Love these joggers! They are my favorite lounge pants. Thick material, and a little too thick for working out for me. But, so comfy!! They do stretch out a bit while being worn, but doesn't bother me. I think I could have sized down one..I'm 130 lbs and 5'0, ordered a size M. I usually wear S (size 4) in most pants. Size up if you want to be a little loose. Order your normal size if you want to tighter fit.

These are great! I’m 5-7” and about 128 lbs I wear a small in most bottoms and the smalls fit great! The length is perfect for 7/8, the rise is high, I’m short waisted so they sit above my belly button but not uncomfortable. They stay up and in place while working out and hiking.

Such a high quality mat. I used to buy Gaiam yoga mats and they would fall apart and move around a ton during my workouts and this mat stays put and is clearly well made, will definitely last a long time. Love the royal change logos on the ends and how wide it is! Definitely a great product, highly recommend!

I am absolutely in love with my teddy bear Sherpa sweater! The quality is outstanding—it feels so soft and cozy, like being wrapped in a warm hug. I’m obsessed with this hoodie! It’s so warm and soft on the inside. I am 5’3”, 135lbs and I got the XS because the Small was out of stock and I’m glad I did! Super soft leggings with a high waist top band that look super sleek! I wear a 0 and the XS fits well, but as I wore the leggings for a workout I had to pull the leggings up especially after leg exercises and stretches. I really like the Seafoam color and paired the leggings with the matching sports bra and Royal Change hoodie in Heathered Ivory Cream. I really like the Royal Change words on the back of the leg and the Royal Change emblem at the left hip is raised to match the sports bra.

I love RC clothing! There’s not a piece purchased that I have not loved and this one is no different. So comfy and chique! The yoga mat is very high quality and pretty heavy. After I opened the package, it did have a manufacturing scent, but I lay it down for 24hrs and the smell was gone.
I bought a yoga strap from amazon for $6 and it holds it well. The cushion feels great on my back and does not slip at all which is what I was looking for in a mat. You can do mountain climbers on them and they do not move at all.
I don't recommend wearing shoes on it because it's too nice to be stepped on HAHA but it is easy to ...

I am obsessed with this mat! It does not slide around during cardio exercises. It gives the perfect amount of cushion for ab workouts on the floor. It feels thick and durable but still easy to roll up and store. And my favorite part is all of Sydney's words of encouragement scattered all over the mat. At any point in my workout I can glance down and get a bit of encouragement to push a little harder. This product is perfection! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot express how happy I am with this mat! I always wondered why Sydney’s mat stayed in place…..now I know. I appreciate the non slippage as well as having about 2” more in width while working out. It also doesn’t stretch out on me when I’m stretching and or planking. And, having the positive words right under me that Syd always preaches is just another booster to keep moving. I love it! Worth every penny!

I love love this bra!!! It fits PERFECTLY. I size down with royal change and it works great! I would wear this bra for a strength workout and mild to moderate inpact (not a ton of big bouncing) and it works great! I was nervous about the thin straps for a workout, but they are super comfortable.

Got these Royal Change joggers during the Black Friday sale as an early Christmas present to myself. Been following Sydney's workouts since 2018 and fell off sometime in 2021 to late 2023. The square neck bra is excellent. It laid flat around my ribs and back, I love the compression as I have decent size chest. Which leads me to the straps that have support and were comfortable. I appreciated the support that allows me to jump around without the girls bouncing around too much. Support is high priority in sports bras for me.

Okay! As a small-chested girlie, I was worried that the mesh bra would bunch up or look weird on me. Completely the opposite! It is so beautiful and flattering!!!
