Very happy with my purchase! It took me about 8hr to paint. The hair on the right looked a little to pink. So i overpainted with some brown color. I think my grandma is going to love her Christmas gift.

I am still painting and it has taken over 20 hours so far… not the 5 hours that was advertised. There are some things that make me rate it 4 stars. As this being my first painting, it took a lot of practice to get the painting technique down. Instead of painting within the lines, paint over the line, as this will help when the abutting color is added. I found that some of the lines and numbers were too dark and it took a lot of time trying to cover them up. It would be better if those were ...

Distant I had to mix colours myself to get his eyes blue not dark brown as colours received.
Emailed and got a reply and was expecting to get blue paints sent…..

I'm partway through the painting and mostly enjoying it. There are a few sections that I changed a bit because they seemed overly complicated, and a few colors I substituted. I tried out some blending in the cloud areas too. Overall I like how it's turning out. I did the 36 colors on a stretched canvas, but it actually only has 32 colors because there are three containers of the sand color. Nice that they included extra paint for the area with large coverage.

Maybe think of a way to roll the canvass and pack it in a hard box to avoid getting wrinkles for orders without a frame - I thought to make my own, but now I wish I had ordered it premade. I loved the stickers with numbers to put on colors, as it makes it very kid-friendly. My daughter was able to do it on her own. For younger kids (mine is 6) get the fewer colors, the max is too complicated.

Enjoying this work in progress! I love the scene, the composition, the colors. It could be improved with higher resolution detail in the foreground; some pot plant shapes are askew if the color is too close to the stone or shadow around it. This can be fixed if you're willing to go off book, but ideally Davincified can rectify this in preproduction. Still, I'm having great fun with this and recommend it.

Je trouve que la peinture est d'excellente qualité mais du coup très pâteuse. Je dilue avec un petit peu d'eau. J'ai également changé les pinceaux, mais sinon je pense que le résultat ressemblera au projet proposé. J'aime beaucoup et je vais surement en commander un autre pour mon fils
