The coffee was excellent and low acid.

It's ok. I really wanted to love this coffee because I love the mission of this company. But, for me, their darkest roast wasn't dark enough for me. It tasted more like a medium roast than a dark roast. I will still support this organization, but I would love if they provided an even darker roast.
