Best day of the month when I get my 5lb subscription delivered! I love the Kingsman Medium Dark roast. Honestly though, as a self proclaimed coffee snob who cannot stand most coffee you can buy in grocery stores (and do not even get me started about Starbucks, nothing quite compares to the rich sewage taste that is Starbucks), Lion's Head had been a revelation!

Seen this coffee on Instagram. I wanted to try it because the company is a Christian company. Not only do they help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ- but this coffee is really good. I would recommend this coffee to anyone. We only tried the chocolate and caramelized beans, but look forward to branching out at some point. But it will be hard because we liked the chocolate and caramelized beans flavor so much.

I’m excited that I can enjoy a great cup of coffee every morning while reading my Bible, and know that somewhere someone else will have a Bible to read because of the ministry of lions head coffee. I was a little skeptical that the coffee beans may not be the freshest or taste the best because that has been the typical experience when ordering coffee beans. Lions Head has always delivered a fresh cup of coffee while supporting both a small roaster, and a mission that I believe in! I bought the light roast this time, which is really good, but the medium roast is probably the best medium roast I've ever had. Both are a must for your kitchen (or in my case, the break room)!

I can’t decide which coffee I like more. All three have different flavor profiles that are equally wonderful. I am using the espresso beans in my french press, not as true espresso. You really cannot make a bad choice here. I switch off daily.

I made myself a cup of "Glory" roast for the first time on 3/28/26. The coffee was roasted on 3/12/26. It was the freshest coffee I have ever brewed, to my knowledge. I made myself a latte the next day and it was the best latte I've made to date! Straight drip coffee has light caramel notes that are pleasing. I usually go for dark roasts but this coffee surprised me at how much I like it. My wife is not a coffee drinker and she is asking me to make her some after tasting mine!

Definitely has sweeter notes. I first tried it with a caramel based creamer and it messed with the flavor of the coffee. But next time I used just a splash of half and half and it made a huge difference! Delish!
