both the ACV and Teh Tarik sachet really does make me less hungry at random times, helps alot when you are doing intermittent fastings. ACV taste really nice wish it was a bigger bottle. Teh Tarik however it tasted "spicy" to me, but drinking it helps me burp a lot more and certainly digest better. Overall I can't really see the change, it's only first and second box of these items.
