It will be nice if you could ship the product in a straight format. When we received the package, the rugs were bent over, and it has been difficult trying to straighten them up. The package was received at least two weeks ago and up till present, we haven’t been able to place the on the stairs, because they are still bent. I really like the medium pile. It is soft and still really easy to clean. We have 3 dogs and 2 kids, we are constantly cleaning up some mess. But even dirt or kinetic sand clumps pick up easily. We got the pad to go under it too. I completely recommend doing this, you get the softness of the medium pile but the cushion of the pad making your feet feel pampered. It's a great combination.
