I have used this Vitamin D before, for a couple of years. I just stopped back in July 2024 because I was taking to much. And my Vitamin D level was 196. But that was my fault. You know how we always think more is better. I was just tested again and my D level was 94. Anything below 100 is perfect. So I will be more careful not to use to much. Thank you Mike Flynn
