I received some Tre olive black walnut vinegar as a gift and loved it so much, I had to get more. I also bought the Tre Olive peach balsamic vinegar and the olive oil and it transforms a basic salad into something amazing. Both balsamic vinegars are thick and actually stay put on a salad, unlike most other vinegars that immediately go to the bottom of the plate.

I've had an opportunity to try all three now and honestly can't pick a favorite. I've had it on everything from eggs to salads to chicken and anything in between. Each pressing has it's own unique flavor. I really love the Signature Estate for dipping bread; truly the best I've ever tried. Nothing on store shelves even comes close. I couldn't give this a higher rating!

Tre Olive is my go to olive oil. I use it for everything. Sunday sauce, pizza, 2tbl spoons in the morning. Literally everything! Plus it is from the region my one of my Nonno’s was from. You can’t beat it . My only wish was that I could get 3l or a gal at a time.

This is our second year getting a tree from Tre. It is more special this year as we dedicated it in memory of my father who passed last year. I love the oil, it is wonderful and the three different types of oil pressings each with a distinctive taste. I use this oil alot, when I am entertaining, it pairs amazingly with my homemade sourdough bread. I get tons of compliments when I offer the oil as a dipping bread oil.
